At LOLAA Incense Sticks, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of incense and pooja products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We only offer replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Resolution Process

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the case
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Minor packaging variations or damages that do not affect product quality
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
