Due to the nature of incense products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Missing items in the order
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Refund Process

After verification, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Refund reflection may take 5–7 business days
